Our Congratulations

Turning Point Behavioral Health Care Center extends its heartfelt congratulations to Norwil (Noy) Frial-Lopez, Psy.D, CADC, on his new position as Executive Director of PEER Services. 

Noy currently serves as Chief Clinical Officer at Turning Point and has been with Turning Point for 12 years, consistently bringing an exceptional level of service, skill, compassion, and dedication to the Turning Point community. He will be greatly missed by clients and colleagues alike. Noy leaves his position at Turning Point to step into a leadership position at one of Turning Point’s close colleague organizations.

Turning Point’s CEO Ann Fisher Raney said, “Noy has done a wonderful job of managing our clinical programs. We will miss him and we are glad that he will remain as a close collaborator within our circle of colleague providers at PEER Services.”

During his distinguished tenure at Turning Point, Noy participated in:

• Overseeing Turning Point’s expansive clinical staff;
• Developing and overseeing a variety of programs such as the award-winning Living Room at Turning Point;
• Overseeing and expanding Turning Point’s internship program which annually partners with local schools and universities to train and prepare new generations of therapists;
• Nurturing a wide variety of partnerships with funders and colleague organizations to expand Turning Point’s support and services.

In preparation for his departure, Noy said, “The last twelve years at Turning Point have been a blessing and a source of pride and joy for me.  I am grateful to Ann and the Board of Directors for the opportunity to serve the Turning Point community for so many years.”

Turning Point is grateful for Noy’s 12 years of dedicated service and congratulates him as he accepts this new leadership position.
