Turning Point Behavioral Health Care Center extends its heartfelt congratulations to Norwil (Noy) Frial-Lopez, Psy.D, CADC, on his new position as Executive Director of PEER Services.
Noy currently serves as Chief Clinical Officer at Turning Point and has been with Turning Point for 12 years, consistently bringing an exceptional level of service, skill, compassion, and dedication to the Turning Point community. He will be greatly missed by clients and colleagues alike. Noy leaves his position at Turning Point to step into a leadership position at one of Turning Point’s close colleague organizations.
