Audrey Behm, Administrative Assistant, works primarily on CEO and Board-related tasks. She supports the development efforts and the leadership team. Audrey has worked in similar capacities at the Indian Hill Club and Evanston Golf Club. She is a Skokie resident, a dedicated volunteer, and enjoys variety in her daily work.
Margarita Marcheva is part of Turning Point’s administrative and clinical support team. She is originally from Plovdiv, Bulgaria. She is fluent in Bulgarian and Russian and is an avid gardener.
Nikiya Nelson is a member of the clinical and administrative support team. She has volunteered with organizations including Misericordia and the Boys & Girls Club. Nikiya loves working with children and has previously worked in the child care field, and is a Medical Assistant. She enjoys doing hair & cooking.
Kelly Runningen is a Clinical Administrative Support staff member. She holds Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Kansas City Art Institute. After three years as professional seamstress, Kelly decided to make a transition into behavioral health field. She is passionate about accessible mental health care and is excited to be a part of the Turning Point team. In her free time she enjoys cooking, sewing, and spending time with family and friends.
Desiré Smith is a part of Turning Point's support team. She has worked in the behavior health field since 2015, doing both direct service and administrative work. Desiré enjoys working with young adults and the elderly. In her free time, Desiré also enjoys shopping, cooking, and relaxing.
