Outpatient Therapist
Turning Point Behavioral Health Care Center seek a clinicians to serve as full time Outpatient Therapist. Therapists provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples and families, as well as having the opportunity to run groups within our Outpatient Groups program. Therapists are required to work at least one evening during the week until 8 pm, with additional evening hours available as well if desired. All therapists are required to work on Open Access as scheduled, especially as they build up their caseloads as new clinicians, and on an ongoing basis if their productivity numbers reflect a need to increase their caseload. Some evening hours required; no weekend work required.
This position requires being in-person at our Skokie office a minimum of two days per week. The first 90 days of employment are required to be fully in-person, with the hybrid opportunity beginning after the first 90 days.
Individual hired into this role must be able to start by 6/1/2026.
Requirements:
-Must have minimum educational attainment of Master’s degree in field of Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Pay: $50,000, with $4,800 increase upon licensure (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT)
