Annual Benefit raises over $100,000
Turning Point Behavioral Health Care Center hosted its annual Rising to the Challenge benefit on Friday, November 4, 2022 at the Evanston Golf Club.
Turning Point is pleased to announce that the benefit raised over $100,000 to support Turning Point’s many programs. This year’s event celebrated honorees Holly Johnson Carr and Tom Carr and featured many exciting packages in the auction including a very special Zoom Visit with Jeff Tweedy of Wilco. Turning Point was pleased to welcome to the event Michael and Angela Ingersoll whose outstanding performance had guests on their feet, dancing through the dining room!
The Wellness Sponsor for this year’s Rising to the Challenge benefit was NorthShore University HealthSystem.

Established in 1969, Turning Point is a non-profit outpatient mental health center, serving children and adults, with a mission to provide “solid support, when you need it most.” Each year, Turning Point serves approximately 1,300 children and adults from throughout the Chicago metropolitan area, approximately 90% of whom are low income.
